- The final hiring decision rests entirely with the Employer.
- We are not responsible for any disputes regarding salary, workplace conditions, or employee misconduct after the hiring process is completed.
2. Candidate Responsibilities
- Candidates must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information regarding their qualifications and experience.
- Providing false information or submitting fake documents will result in an immediate ban from our platform and candidate pool.
- Candidates must conduct themselves professionally during our internal screening interviews and the employer's final interview.
3. Employer Responsibilities
- Employers must provide clear, accurate, and genuine job requirements.
- If an employer is found engaging in fraudulent activities, exploiting candidates, or providing false job details, their access to our consultancy services will be permanently terminated.
4. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Jobzoo.in, its owners, or employees be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
- Rejection in job interviews.
- Disputes between the employer and the employee post-hiring.
- Loss of wages or workplace injuries.
5. User Consent
By applying for a job or registering a requirement on our platform, you explicitly consent to our screening processes. Candidates agree that their profiles may be kept in our database and shared with local businesses when a matching requirement arises.
6. Governing Law
